1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jullee Perfumes website and the purchase of products from us. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate, current information at all times.
3. Products & Authenticity
We take pride in selling only genuine, authentic fragrances. Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance; slight variations in packaging may occur as brands update their designs. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error.
5. Orders & Delivery
Once payment is confirmed you will receive an order number for tracking. We deliver within Ghana only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products, items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
7. Reviews
Only customers who have purchased a product may review it. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, misleading, or violates these terms.
8. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information — including your name, contact details and delivery address — only to process orders, send order notifications by SMS, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jullee Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
