Delivery across Ghana
We deliver nationwide, with Accra orders arriving within 24 hours (often earlier) after payment, while orders outside Accra are dispatched through trusted parcel services after payment; delivery fees apply, and all items are securely packaged for safe arrival.
Order tracking
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send an SMS with your order number. You can check your delivery status anytime using the Track Order page with your order number and email.
Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted within 24 hours for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was supplied, in which case we will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost.

Please provide a clear address and a nearby landmark at checkout so our courier can find you easily. A reachable phone number helps us coordinate delivery.
