Delivery across Ghana
We deliver to every region in Ghana. Deliveries within Accra typically arrive in 1–2 business days; other regions usually take 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Order tracking
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send an SMS with your order number. You can check your delivery status anytime using the Track Order page with your order number and email.
Returns & refunds
Because fragrances are personal-care products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Delivery details
Please provide a clear address and a nearby landmark at checkout so our courier can find you easily. A reachable phone number helps us coordinate delivery.
